There is any way to generate Items.xml?

I read this TwistedScorpio/OTHire (https://github.com/TwistedScorpio/OTHire/wiki/Adding-new-items) but, just seems like a manual thing.

There is any way to make that like OTB? That generates itself with some tool? I have a 10.00 item.xml but a 12.60 client, and i want to put every item on that XML to make him a 12.60 item.xml.

Its possible or not?

Client doesn't know anything important about items so no, you can't generate server side items.xml using client files.

I cant use .spr, .dat, not even .otb? The only way to get that is manual?

Name, description, stats (atk, def, arm), all attributes, weight etc., that's server side, this data is not stored in client files.

940 sor / dat files has items names in it how do i generate this from xml files?
