Amulet of loss does not work as it should

My amulet of loss does not work as it should. When i'm dieing with it i don't loose levels or skills. But i loose items. I want it to be normal. Anyone knows what the problem is?

check your movements, search for id 2173 if there's a script for it.

And also check your items.xml that it should be now preventDrop not preventLose.
