Compiling Request TFS 1.4 Downgrade 8.6 compile

So I've successfully compiled this without any issues, but for some reason i cannot connect to the server, the connection is refused and I can't find the code refusing so that I can debug the issue by adding print messages to console in each stage to see where the break is. Has anyone else had this issue? I also have to change a bunch of config files to remove errors, was this release not ready to go?

TFS 1.X+ Post in thread 'Illegal Instruction on compilling'

Edit properties of the project and switch Enhanced Instruction Set to SSE2. Your processor is too old for better optimization.
