[Problem] Map/Mapeditor Error

Information Good to Know:
Well, I recently re-built my operating system,
I had my 7.6 map working great with "Simones" mapeditor.

Now when I try to open the map, all of ankrahmun is gone,
with some other parts in darashia missing to...

NEW ERROR:(Since the re-build)
The mapeditor is now requiring a new DLL file.
It has never needed this before.

ANOTHER NEW ERROR:
This error occurs after I place the DLL file in the folder.
Ankrahmun is missing!
Spawns arent loaded!
Houses arent loaded!

Well, when I open the map, ank is gone...like a big chunk is missing.
So if I even fixed that, ank would still be missing.

I dont think thats why..
