Check layour/overall/header & footer.php files, depending the layout it's probably needed check main .css in order to change the background.

If you can't find the picture where is , right click on our website (background) inspect, then look in code an url for the file.
Check the url and follow each slash, as a folder, example:
layout/images/background.png , this is the folder, in url looks like: https://myip.com/layout/images/background.png.
