Is it possible to transfer my source to 2 clients at the same time?
like my ots work in clinet 792 and 8.1

I have a hard time understanding what it is you're trying to achieve. Could you define what your "ots work" means?

No.

You would need modified 7.92 client with .dat and .spr that contain all 8.1 items, outfits and effects.
Or 8.1 client with .dat and .spr that contain 7.92 items, outfits and effects.

Also these Tibia versions combination looks pretty strange, as on 8.1 all spells were replaced and they added new potions normal/strong/great in place of 'mana fluid'.
Which potions would you use on ots? Which spells system?

A lot of work to do something that nobody will play. Make it 7.92 [old spells and potions] or 8.1 [new spells and potions].
