Sorry I can't upload the 12.86 files rn but It's okay just download this directly Release v3.8.2_z: version 12.85 · Zbizu/rme (https://github.com/Zbizu/rme/releases/tag/v3.8.2_z) this contains the exe file and for 12.86 you have to download this also https://codeload.github.com/Zbizu/rme/zip/refs/heads/master copy the data to v3.8.2_z and you will have the 12.86.
