Yeah, we were making a demo of the new features we are working on to bring to OTC, which is 3D sound, with the sound effects and everything (doppler, underwater effect, down a hall effect, stuff like that)
Since I am very familiar with sound and how it works in both the lua and the cpp side of things when it comes to OTC, I could possibly be the one you want to talk to about it.
