I got a question to ask.. can you tell me where do I find tutorials on how to setup my website?

like if my IP is Chaosdream.zapto.org

How i set up a website that when someone put this IP in addres..

it goes to a website

I need tutorials for how to setup website + another link for how to setup the website for TFSCMS layout.. that realsoft server was used to use this layout.. please help me.. thanks

Just portforward the ports to apache, and make a domain for you ip somewhere, then you're done. Not much to it really. Remember that you can only use local ip to enter you website if it's hosted on you comp.
