People can't open my web.

and still people can't open my web

Are you sure that the right port is open? And often you have to write your internal ip adress when you're portforwarding. Are you sure it's correct? And what router are you using? (I guess you're using a router since you've been checking for the ports)

im using a 2wire from prodigy infinitum (mexico) but im conneted through eternet cable.
