C++ Otx Misteryous Freeze in Ubuntu 22.04

Hello generous friends with more knowledge than me.
This font when used on Ubuntu 20.04 works fine.

However, when I use it on Ubuntu 22.04 it starts working every 2 or 3 minutes on average.
I believe it is something with libraries or sql.

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience to show me a path.I need it to run on 22.04

Open the terminal and get Super SU privileges

sudo su
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends -y git autoconf automake pkg-config build-essential cmake liblua5.1-0-dev libsqlite3-dev libmysqlclient-dev libxml2-dev libgmp3-dev libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-regex-dev libboost-thread-dev
apt install gcc-10 g++-10 cpp-10 -y
rm -rf /usr/bin/gcc
rm -rf /usr/bin/g++
ln -s /usr/bin/gcc-10 /usr/bin/gcc
ln -s /usr/bin/g++-10 /usr/bin/g++
mkdir -p /opt/openssl
wget https://www.openssl.org/source/openssl-1.1.1q.tar.gz --no-check-certificate -P /opt/openssl/
