OTClient how to create new custom spells sprites from zero

some years ago i started to plan to create my own server tibia server based on another old game and this game have lots of classes and skills (i dont want to mention it here, sry) but greatest problem i face is to create custom spells with different animations when compared to tibia (projectiles, spells that appear above enemy head, etc) .

i searched a few times with no succes, can anyone share some link to a tutorial to develop this spells and insert them at tibia?

*idk if this info is useful, but my abilities at libre sprite are kinda good

there are programs like pixel fx designer, just pay attention when exporting that it is usually scaled up x4, you need to scale it down somehow etc. some design flaws of the program itself it isnt perfect.
