I am sorry this happened to you. Ryu/Neptuno has screwed several people over by now. Its his signature move by now.

Can you attach further messages on discord where its visible that he is infact ignoring you and stole your money?

In the future I advise you to do more research as this coulda been hindered. I have already warned the community about @neptuno he does not keep his promises nor does he do a good job once hes gotten a task.

Stay far away from this guy he is already banned on OTA for scamming several people.
