I have a problem with my otserv when creating a guild if I encounter the following error and the character cannot log in , help-me pls

That's not how you do it... there is an actual button or link on the post you wish to mark as solution so that it will actually accept that post as the solution and group it directly underneath your request for support, just like this:

He can only upvote the comment then report it as solution ( maybe they changes that ) if not they should for sure

I know for a fact I have marked an answer as a solution in the past, but if you say it's not like that anymore because they changed it, that is very odd. I'm the one who upvoted the comment. It should be a an option on the post somewhere for marking a solution, I'm going to go ask about that now.

Yeah the more I think about it... that's the entire point of having solutions and all the threads that are marked with solutions and why there is sorting for unanswered and stuff like that... whole support forum is built around these mechanics, I'm certain they still exist. We can't see them because we didn't create the support thread, but he should see an option on any of the posts in this thread.

Yeah was changed awhile ago.
Maybe premium users can mark answer?
But definitely regular users cannot anymore.
Problem was that people were 'solving' their own thread, then giving themselves the best answer. xD
