Critical System - no effect

Hello I used to thread :

I have upgraded critical stone 100/100 and have no effect on character.
Do I need to compile?
Used otx 2.16 based on 0.3.7

May I ask why u prefer using OTX 2.1 over TFS 1.5? Im just curious
