What are the "real" rules on otservlist nowadays?

I have been away from open tibia a few years. When coming back and taking a look at the current top servers it really dissapoints me. It's even worse than 5 years ago.
9 of 10 top servers (maybe even 10/10) servers feels like its fully spoofed data.

Also none of the top servers are having a anti idle kick - so you will be logged in forever?!

Is this the new reality?

And what is it about the "unique players" feature? So all of the top servers are sending the WHOLE lsof output whith ALL their IPs to xinn? What do you think he will do with the data? We have ZERO proof he is not selling it to data brokers make even more money. This is kinda out of control right now. Most of the players do not recognise how dangerous it is that 1 person has so many (illegal) user data about the community/players without their agreement.
And if you care about your players and not sending the data this means you will get banned.

Why does nobody care about those things nowadays? And why does OTLAND still support such a behaviour? U say it's not our business. but giving them such a huge space on this site is still full support...

Botting is a big part of Open Tibia and you will always get this feeling. Servers are not allowed to count idle players as active players.

We do not sell and we have never been selling any data. It is used for verification of online players numbers only.

Can we finally change the rules from 4 mc's to max 2 mc's?

And can we start to show up the real player amount in the showoff list of otservlist instead of clicking on the server to see the "real unique" amount of player?

It would save me alot of time into checking those random ots with 4 mc's gameplay

Don't allow ot owner to count MC's as real players..
If they leave otservlist for that reason then just let them go

That change is not planned at the moment.

UPDATE:
I am sorry guys for wrong information and would to clarify that it actually is planned and will be introduced, but I can't provide exact date.
