would like to open ports which tcp and which upds to open?

for 7171 - 7172 ( just tcp) just udp? or both

Just TCP 7171 for login port, 7172 for game port. 3306 MySQL, 80 for HTTP, and 443 SSL.

Tibia and most OTServers rely on TCP because it's a connection-oriented protocol it ensures data arrives in order ONLY and completely, which is critical for gameplay and login sessions
