Complaint Why has admin not explained anything to me about a 2 week reply ban that’s lasted 18 days?

Why do you get 18 days ban on "2 weeks" ban?

IDK, maybe because of all your posts. It should be probably instant account deletion after first post.
Maybe you get 14 days ban on OTLand for some posts and after other posts, you get 4+ days on your ban, so it sums up to 18+ days ban.

People who posted 10+ posts about their ban thread - in own ban thread! - should be deleted.

You bet. Apparently, everyone here can see that guy is emotionally unstable. But you may not know the story behind his ban, so let me tell you.

This person played our server back in 2020. He quit after some time, and since then he was doing everything to trash our otland thread and to just plain harass me. That's over 4 years already.

If you check his profile, you can see that literally all of his posts were made in our thread only (of course apart from this one). Before that, he had this account with the same story - all posts in one and the same thread. These accounts were created solely for the aformentioned purpose, nothing else. The first one was also banned for trolling at some point.

Don't get this wrong. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, if you don't like certain OT, you should have the right to express it. Many a time I answered his "criticism" to present our point of view. When it became clear that he simply wanted something else, I also tried explaining that we run our OT with certain vision - and if he doesn't share that vision he can just play another OT of his choice. I understand that he doesn't like what we do, but one cannot please everyone, and there's just no point in repeating it 1000 times. When someone spends 4 years (!) posting literally the same "arguments" (that have already been answered many times) over and over and over and over - it's not a reasonable criticism but the definition of trolling. Many of his posts don't even try to pretend they're some kind of criticism, as they mostly address me personally.

This guy clearly has some personal issue with me, which I don't understand and I don't want to understand, but that's his only goal of even being in otland - to be annoying and to harass me. You can even see that he called out my name in one of his posts here. Why otland? Because this is the only place where he still has the chance to be heard, since we already banned him from all our media where he had been doing the same, and that lured him here. Before our server, he used to harass @Iryont in a similar way for many many years. This is the kind of obsession that should be treated, and I'm not even joking.

So I eventually ignored all of his accounts and stopped responding, but there's always someone to answer and thus feed him, so he wouldn't ever stop. I don't blame them because not everyone necessarily knows whom they are dealing with upfront. But just look at this page as an example of what he keeps turning our topic into.

Lately, I reported one of his posts, explaining the whole thing and asking to review his history. The mods apparently agreed to my request and now, since he can't post in our thread anymore, he's moved his emotional rants here. But don't be naive thinking that he gave up on our topic. He already created a new account to continue trashing it (either that or he asked someone to do it, it's more than obvious).

I'm genuinely not surprised at all that the mods don't care to reply, because answering this guy is for nothing. He's not even asking those questions to get an answer, but only to get your attention and to give vent to his life frustration. If you answer, he will come up with another, and another, and another. In his head he's showing his intellectual superiority by that, but for any reasonable person it's going to be like playing chess with a pigeon.

You just reminded me of a situation I had different face, same toxic energy. But hey, life’s full of people like that. And honestly? Sometimes their actions ends up being the exact push you need to level up. It’s kinda ironic the more useless they are, the more they unknowingly help you win. Cut them off, and suddenly you realize they were just background noise the whole time

You claim I have been insane since medivia. Why did you continue to converse with me about balance or update discussions for multiple months ? Why did you in our private discord conversations probe for my opinion? Why do you tell lies on your thread I played for less than a year? Why do you continue to lie. My characters last death in pvp was in 2024 (ironically the last time real pvp happened on your server). I own kolter for those who wonder.

So now we have the guy who reported my account but refuses to say what he reported it for. Instead he wrote a novel about me, not the topic. Does this qualify as spam by the rules ?
