Statement Regarding Past Collaboration Issues Involving Marcin
I want to share this account as a matter of transparency and caution for anyone considering professional collaboration with Marcin. Many people in the community are already familiar with these concerns, which is likely why his work has been largely limited to a small circle such as SoE.Marcin has been banned from OTA, a fact known by a significant part of the community. Beyond that, he has a reputation for engaging in hostile and unprofessional behavior, including persistent disparagement of others behind closed doors. For several years, both he and a group associated with him have maintained an openly antagonistic stance toward me. While I have generally ignored this behavior, I believe it is important to document a specific professional incident that occurred roughly two years ago, involving myself, a client, and Marcin.
Background and Context
Marcin was contracted to work on the Brutera project at a rate of $50 USD per hour that he requested. I was separately hired by the same client as a programmer at a rate of $10 USD per hour at my request. Prior to joining that team, I had no personal or professional history with him.From the outset, Marcin demonstrated hostility toward my presence and toward work I had done, going so far as to criticize core TFS code that was part of the stack we were all using, and directing those complaints toward me personally. It was clear very early on that his objections were not technical disagreements in good faith, but rather personal in nature.
This resulted in repeated confrontations initiated by him, often framed in a deliberately provocative and degrading manner. The environment became increasingly difficult to work in, affecting both my ability to work effectively for the client and overall team cohesion.
Scope of Work and Compensation
Over the course of the project:- I completed work totaling approximately €200.
- Marcin billed the client approximately €1,400.
Outcome and Aftermath
Ultimately, Marcin was removed from the project due to these issues. Following his removal, he retaliated by leaking material related to Brutera and TVP 7.7 in 2023.Since then, he and individuals associated with him have repeatedly attempted to attack my reputation whenever possible. It is worth noting that he shares space with others who are also banned from OTA for confirmed fraudulent behavior (Such as Evil Mark, neptuno, etc...). This pattern speaks for itself.
Reason for Sharing This Now
I am not sharing this to provoke drama, but to provide context and documentation for behavior that has been misrepresented or selectively discussed in the past. Those who have worked with Marcin directly will recognize these patterns. For others, this serves as a cautionary account when evaluating professional relationships and claims.I have invested years into creating tools and projects that are widely used and successful within the community. The persistent hostility I receive from certain individuals appears to stem less from legitimate grievances and more from long-standing resentment.
I prefer to focus on productive work, but transparency matters, and this is the full context behind this situation.
You can open the picture and zoom in to see his chat and there you will see he basically scammed Cono.
TL;DR;
Be careful when working with this pathological narcissist, he puts on a mask that not many can see through.
Attached HD picture from Marcin and Cono and him getting fired.
