Looking to set up an offline server

Hi,

im looking for some help. Paid ofc. (paypal) I want to set up a tibia server for myself (offline). ideally 7.6 - max 8.6.

Follow any guides you see and just run it on localhost (127.0.0.1). Connect to it using any IP changer, to that IP (127.0.0.1) and your port number (7171). The only difference between making it offline (LAN) and open to the public is if you specifically open your ports (7171) to public access.
There are many guides on YouTube and on this forum. The process is the same.

what is the budget for this?
And what do you expect? Because there are different engines, different maps - there are definitely a lot of bugs and it's hard to find a clean server.

@gedav You do not need to pay someone to set up the Tibia server you described. There are plenty of detailed, step-by-step guides available, and many members here on OTLand are willing to help if you run into problems.
