Complaint Avatar bug

Been trying yesterday and today to upload a new avatar. Nothing seems to work, getting this error:

Unable to save image

the image is a jpg file, also tried with those avatars Xenios offers here at otland. Can you fix this?

i get this proplem today to put my new sinature but now it worked! but avatar still not working...
