I cant see my rule violation... when i right on players.. how can i fix it? and if you have /b lua script.. can you please give me that

CTRL + Y should bring up the rule violation window if your server supports it, and if I'm not mistaken #b is a command by default (therefore you should be able to broadcast something by typing #b my message).
