How can i Block ip ?

Can some one tell me how i block an ip adress ?
since i cant ip ban GAMEMASTERS i have to block the ip in another option.

change their acc type id to 1 to make them into characters because i dont think that u can ip ban gms

Just change the flags for the GameMaster group so that it does not include "Cannot be banned", then you should be able to just CTRL + Y ban them.

Remove their GM , Acces to 1 and IP-Ban him.
