Help with "run" the server Error Message

Hello, When I try to run a server it comes up an message that says that it could not find the right location or something. I've tried to download servers from 7.92 - 8.4 , it's the same with everyone. I have also turned off my anti-virus but it did not work either.

This is an print for what happends, it's in Swedish.

I hopse someone can help me fix this problem

Your virus protection is blocking you..
You have to turn it of or configure settings. It thinks that its a trojan
But it's actually a win 32
