How Can I edit account manager on sql to it make players with "only reading" option (for pvp enfo).

What do you mean by "only reading"?

Why would he want to do that? He wants them to have private accounts but with 'read only' so their items, levels etc stay the same. Disabling the account manager wouldn't help.

Disabling account manager is the first step, the second is to set "save=0" on the players he want to turn read-only, it's done on the database, players table.

Just run this SQL query in your database

UPDATE players SET save = 0;
