Ok I think I got it almost all figured it out.
TEAMS:
There is going go be as much teams as you want,but one team has to have atleast 3 people in it,and cant not have more than 6.Each team MUST have a guild,when there is enough people in the guild,you can post the name of it and i will add it to the list.
Level req is everything below 70,which means there shouldnt be anyone over level 70 fighting in this war.
RULES:
1)Magebombs,combobot are NOT allowed,if found with proof,the team will be OFF the list.
2)Only frags between the people in the war will be counted,no frags will be counted if you are over lvl 70,and the target has to be atleast lvl 45.
3)Battles,as someone in the other thread pointed out,there is always gonna be someone try to ruin the event,so this is how its gonna work:the war will go on for 2 weeks,each team will try to sneak people etc,and also ask for obs.
4)It is illegal for someone OUTSIDE the war to help you on a frag,for example if someone comes and paralyzes your target,that frag wont count because its probably your friend who did it.
5)If 2 teams kill the same target who ever name appears on the target's death is going to be the team who gets the frag.
6)Cave Botting,cave botting will not be allowed and will lead to the team's disqualification unless you kick out the player from the guild.
7) Frag counting,This is the ONLY way I am counting the frags,you pm me the frags with the target's name(fragged player),I will check by whom it was killed and will add it to the team's frags.
8)Team with most frags at the end of the event WINS,and I might have a little prize for the team's leader.
I think that was pretty much it,if I remember anything I will edit it and add it to the rules.
