So, I have been searching working spells npc:s, but I havent found any. So can someone tell me how I can get them?
If I set "must learn to 1", how I can learn it then?

I saw this thread a while ago, its from Empty so it must work, its a bit outdated but if it doesnt work correctly at least it will give you a clue on how to do this. You'd just need to update to the correct functions and spells/prices I guess.
