tutorial for setting up a website

ok ive looked everywhere and cant find any tutorial or some kind of thing that will help me set up a website for a acc maker
does any 1 know where i can find a tutorial preferrably 1 that can take me through all the steps and not just halfway.

also looking for a good one, that explains more in detail about the failing of it, I keep getting it up on mine but noone else can see mine, I would just like to see the options of if your not working it right then what to do

ok let me give some info because ive already tried the tutorial i get through it to the point that i finish but i dont know what to put for the address thing i was hoping some 1 could give me a tutorial or point me in the right direction to get through this part and gesiors faq thing only gets to the end but doesnt tell you how to get passed the final install page please help
