My upcoming server company

Hello!

In a couple of month's, I will start my own server company with help of a friend who will help me with being active in the live chat and also answering support tickets.

The website layout and PHP functions are done, also having WHMCS so the customers will have a account where they will be able to order new server plans and such things. For webhost solutions, I will be using cPanel/WHM for the customers so they will have like 10 gb harddisk space, 1000MB bandwidth, unlimited domains and such things.

I will also get some help by a few more friends that will take care of some shifts.

However, what would you like to see on a succesful server selling company? What's the most important thing you want to see or have?

24/7 customer support?
24/7 Camera surveillance in the datacenter?

etc etc..

What are the possibilitys on the server. You got full access? and you can create multiple users with restricted access etc.

Well, if you order a webhosting plan you'll get access to the cPanel that allows you to edit your homepages, it has also support for frontpage and such good programs, and possibility to download it from the program.

Users will only get full access to a specific server if they order a so called "Dedicated Server" which we will leave the responsibility to the one who uses them. I will have the server in our datacenter and lock it and put freezers so it won't get "over-heated in the datacenter".

I have already been speaking to a lawyer and will register a company name in 1-2 month's (which is kinda expensive, but it's much better).

any more suggestions? :D
 
The old company I worked sold/rented dedicated server but not full control, since most people are retarded and destroy it, and they don't even know what they did wrong.

If I where you, I would make a policy that they can't do some things that they don't need and that will destroy the server lol.. And if they still need some off thoose things they can always contact you and you adjust the policy a bit:).

ok, what should they atleast have access to then?

what I've seen, the most companies let's the people have full control over the server. O_o
