I never really end up leveling that much as I mostly talk while doing it which slows it down a bit :p
So 2/10 in effective leveling :p
And pvp, as I played knight I mostly escaped from pally/mage power abusers xD
BUT I used to kill people with my mage (lvl 39),so I'll say 3/10.
