What mean this: Your server has to be online if you want to add it to our list!

How can i macke me own Ip or Hostname???

No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP <-- create ur free no-ip.org domain there

your sever has to be online means that you server has to be online

Well, if you're server is online and you configured your server correctly.
Take a look at your possibly router for further ports to be forwarded.
