Maybe he is working with a "undead" theme and wants to try different things with that theme before he actually puts it into his map? :)

He's not the only one working on the map.
If he makes small pieces they can put it in the map at the end of the day. In this way they can map both at the same time even on the same part of the map.
 
The massacre thing is for a quest that VenoXx will write, and I hope that Rizz will script it.
Like Hellrage said, I am testing different things.
