yup there is a dp in rook

and for the vampire, you need to do a long quest to get inside that rom =)

There is a vampire in rook you can kill it the dp is above tom the tanner

There was a vampire in that rom =) Just look at jungelbob deathlist.. But its not 100% that the vampire still exists in there :/ there is a telep that brings you to a new rom, and maybe there is a vampire there.
