Windows DDosing and ping? [Help]

Well a guy keeps saying that he will ddos/ping me... and he did it two times already. And I don't want to happen again, because he ddosed me so many times that 50 players of my server left. I had 80 players before, now only 30 ;/

Anyways, he keeps saying this in MSN:

Is that how to DDOS? or what? or can i protect my self against ping or ddos?

Get a firewall.

Um I already have a firewall, two infact, windows firewall and CA Internet Security's firewall... will that help me?

Remove windows firewall. Find hes ip and block him then? Look around in your firewall.

He might not DDoS you the regular way, but use SYN attack. That means that he do the first step in the three-way TCP handshake.

Stian told me it can be done like this:
hping --rand-source -i u1 -S -p 80 ipaddress

Can be used to deny service to web or crash TFS, using -p 7171

Remove the uneccesary images or get an external host for it. And problem should be solved.
