Why would you connect to your game port via web browser?

use your ip without the port at the end?

Why are you using the same xampp (7172) as the game port (7172) from tibia? That might cause conflict and deny the connections.
Instead use a port like... 8090 and then use no-ip port 80 redirect and URL mask option so you don't need to add ORT after the address.

I'm using port 80 again. But I think some programe is taking port 80 or something, Can some programe take port 80 at my bro's pc?
