Chyba tak, zapomniałem, dawno nie zmieniałem hostów. Jeżeli nie zadziała, to reboot i wio, musi hulać, skoro łapiesz adres IP.
ALBO, jesteś na tyle głupi, że gdzieś w opcjach zablokowałeś dotpay.pl :D

A gdzie mógłbym to zablokować? Jestem początkującym userem Linuxów więc raczej bym tego nie zrobił ale różnie bywa.
 
Reboota pełnego dałeś? i dalej nie działa?

Można wnioskować, że problem tkwi z dns który jest odpowiedzialny za wymiane domen na adresy ip i odwrotnie (revdns) (Właściwie sam wiesz ...)

Może być jeszcze jedna przyczyna, ponieważ wygląda na to, że masz coś zjebane z bramką domyślna może wpisałeś
