Hello does anyone know whats wrong with my laptop, what it is that when i try to turn my laptop on it comes up with 2 options

1. Launch startup Repair (recommended)
2. Start windows normally




When i choose 1 it doesnt do anything and just stays on a screen.

and when i choose 2 it starts loading then it goes onto a black screen and my mouse comes on then like 5 mins later it goes to the BSOD and i cant read it because it goes off in like 2 secs but it doesnt have the log in thing its just the background.

I tryed inserting Windows Vista disc and boot from CD but it it doesnt work it just stays on the vista startup screen when you type your password to log into user and just stays on that :/


Please help.

I think csrss.exe have stopped working.
You have to repair or format your computer I think.

happened to my laptop.
Few questions, did you download anything suspicious prior to this, theres a high chance its a virus.

Run your comp on safe mode next time.
Start - Run - Recovery Manager...It's built in software in most fairly new comps that will reformat your computer to the factory default.

I can't run it in safe mode, There is no option to run in safe mode :S

then search for recovery manager...
start - run - recovery manager

edit: oooh u cant event get on the comp..you need to burn a recovery disc from a dif computer

I tryed to run in Safe Mode, It started oading loads of windows/balaalbla/something.sys

and it kept stopping on CLASSPNP.SYS then go black screen then 1 min later BSOD and i read it says Unmountable boot value or something

It happend to me 5min ago i swear
i just unpluged the ram and motherboard to clean them
took 2 hours to know how to get them in again
and then this came up... i clicked start windows normaly
and done
