Donation shop problem

Hello!
I got problems with my donations everything works fin until i buy an item, after buying it it wont appear on the character and i cant find the problem, can anyone help me ?

Dont make the interval less then 30 it will make lag
 
Open ur server folder,
then inside it open the "Data" folder
then there is a folder called "Glovalevents"

you just have to add on it
