Mister Talaturen, you seems to be rather corrupt... ;) Is that how you handle someone who has taken part in paying for your servers, your customers?

There are enforcing laws restricting the "We, the gamemasters of SoftCores, reserve the rights to ban or delete your account for any reason, however you could prevent that from happening by obeying our rules."-thingy you have mentioned in the "rules".

You should start being more careful about what you do, if you want to keep "your project" running.

Please check out "Lag (1994:1512) om avtalsvillkor i konsumentförhållanden" in the Swedish book of law, and especially 1 §, 3 § and 10 §!

I see my deletion as a breaking of our "agreement" and is therefore questionable by law. Un-deleting me would be a gesture of good will... and a way of satisfying my addiction! :O

Well, you "donate" money and get something in return. You exchange goods, that is the definition itself of a "trade".

Kodis, if you state that: "LOL, is no buy, is donation!" Then you are un-informed and should not even say anything, since you just make yourself look bad. Capish? xD

And the 10 § says that if there is an argument about what is concerned in the "agreement", the way of interpret it should be for the customer, that is me. Until the seller has proven himself right, so please do!
 
Well, there isnt rly any specific proofs that he botted, he just ran south and attacked the creatures like normally, there was no gm that told him to reply or anything like that, so yeh.. but i dont think ull get any way with this lol

Exactly, no GM was even there... No one said anything and I'm playing with 10 fps or something, could just as well have been my connection freaking out / lagging so it seemed like I was "stuck" in the same place. So technically I was punished for no real reason, which is not workable if I am a customer of "SoftCores"(?), which I am until they have proven otherwise! :P

Your character is a virtual object on our gameservers, the servers belong to us, not you. We have the rights to take whatever decision we want when it's about changing something on our gameservers, it's our database, which contains data that belongs to us. Are you going to sue us for inserting a line in the database that prevents you from logging in?

Normally I do treat players in a better way, especially the ones who are donating to support our server, but donating doesn't allow you to violate our rules. This was a justified banishment, now please try to sue us.

Oh and by the way, what makes you think we are under Swedish law? Even if we are, there is a difference between a donation and a purchase. You can gain points on other ways than just donating, so you are not PURCHASING points. It's just an extra you get for helping us to pay the server costs.

EDIT: You can try to lie to yourself and say that you weren't botting but it won't change the fact that you were botting and that I am 100% sure about it.
 
lol if ur not blind he does tp u back like 10 time and if u dont react on that then its ur fault since thats how they check if ur botting afk or not, u could just have said (?) or anything too proof ur not afk botting.. lol

I am of course not going to sue anyone, it's a bloody game. What bugs me is the way you treat the people supporting your inferior project, for your own freaking amusement! I mean Feloth is making fun out of everyone before banning them, he is corruption personified.

Of course I bot, EVERYONE DOES. I was first banished and I paid to be un-banned, supporting you with the money you need for the costs. Then I of course went back to what I enjoy doing, botting somewhere, not hurting anyone. Then you get back to what you enjoy, banning people!(?)

I mean common, you got what you needed - the money - but you weren't satisfied with that, so you just banished me again, to deletion.

Since I now have learnt the lesson that you are just a bunch of douchebags, and considering that I won't sue you, I can still start arguing for "the boycott of SoftCores donations". As a matter of fact that would be rather satisfying, to see you suffer from lowered income! BUT, since I am no sadist who want to see you suffer, I won't, I don't care. Just they way I would have liked you to treat me.

Fjalar u just admitted you were botting, what's ur freaking point lol? It's their server, if you read the rules you see they got the rights to bann everyone at anytime for any reason.

I got banned by Feloth for what's not even a rule, later he changed it to not look pathetic.

You're a complete moron if u ask me
