why when mebers add mee rep it is appears like a grey card not green and i recieve nthng ?

????any one can tell me why?

does any one know what am i talking about or you dont get it or what?

They don't have any reputation power, so you gain 0 reputation points. You can see your reputation power on the portal (http://otland.net/). It's right-aligned under the UserCP box there.
