How do I?: Play Reloaded Files

I just downloaded a game. It's a realoaded shit and I don't know what to do. I wanna play it, I can't mount - no .ISO file.
Is there any other program I need?

Get daemon tools or powerISO and mount it with one of those (I recommend powerISO)

What are the files? Something like xx.001, xx.002 xx.003 etc? Then you need HJSplit.
Img? Cue? Bin?

I always just marked all the files and then right click - unrar or whatever it's called
