Well i got a problem. i Have the freepremium = yes. But i still want the "premium account" to work. So people shouldnt etc not be able to go with boat but still be able to buy houses, use all spells etc.

If you want non-premium accounts to still use premium spells,

data/spells/spells.xml - search for

prem="1"

and change to

prem="0"

If you want non-premium accounts to still be able to buy houses,

/config.lua - search for

houseNeedPremium = "yes"

and change to

houseNeedPremium = "no"

You should be able to configure the boat thing in each boat captain NPC script.

i know about that. But if i got freepremium = yes and in boat captain = premium = true then they can still go with the boat
