For example in rl tibia when you want to extract fighting spirit from warrior helmets you go to djin npc and do it... here i was unable to find it. Next one... What about spider silks? They should be changed by mermaid into yarns but this npc doesnt exist in the place it supposed to be... And last one, what about obsidian knife? I'm getting steel from sweaty cyclops and then go to kazodroon to deliver it to npc... but there is no such npc which deals with it... Maybe it's even more simple than i thought but i'm fed up with looking for solutions all the time... Maybe you can help me in that case a bit?

Yes, it's even simplier than you thought ;)

First
You can exchange Fighting Spirit at Cyclop for the same items needed at Real Tibia. Just say 'Fighting Spirit'
Second
Also at Sweaty Cyclops. Just say 'Spider Silk' 'Giant Spider' 'Giant Spider Silk' or something similar
Third
You can buy Obsidian Knife in Thais Equipment Shop for 10.000GP
