Hi people i have a problem when i open my server people can't
get in,they get the character list but they can't get in server and the error says time run out (10060) please help me

Ports forwarded? Ip wrong? Wrong client version / ip changer? Not enough information in your post of what is wrong or what you've tried yourself

no all that is ok,as i told you they can get in the character list like account manager but when they choose the player it dont get in you keep waiting and waiting and it says error:time run out smething like that error(10060)

you have the correct ip on your config.lua? you use router or direct ethernet link?

For players to be able to properly log in and enter game, the IP in config.lua needs to be set to your global IP (What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address), you also need to forward both port 7171 and 7172, alternatively open them in your firewall.
