i am looking for good spells formula (tfs 0.3.6) for RL OTS !!! it should be balanced !

it should be added in source that peoples have got a min and max damage for spells, like all the healing spells. Exura should have an extra minimum damage of 7 and an extra max damage of 11, but that can't be done, I already asked that.
