Reset the server, announce the date when you will reset + do the update then, you'll get a lot of more players. Over and out.

It's not impossible.He can do it but this is NOT real tibia.

Exp rate 2x
So he need now for lvl 9hours.
And Lord'Paulistinha is 466.
So it's 9 lvls and it's 81 hours of BOTTING.
And he's not botting he's manual exping.
So it's more. + Sneaking him.
Very hard to get that level :/
