TFS crashing

Hi. I have one problem. Everytime, when i start the server it crash. It crash after loading the map.

Compile it with -D__EXCEPTION_TRACER__ That makes report.txt file from crash. There were 3 saves as I see so it's not just afer loading?

What is "-D__EXCEPTION_TRACER__"? Can you give me a link to this?
 
It's C++ compiler (Alt+P in Devcpp). So why are there 3 saves?
