I need a great script, look , this item give you 10 broadcast forever, but per day you can only broadcast 10 time and each broadcast have a exhaust of 15 minutes, when you use the item it add you 10 broadcast and in a talkaction you can say !broadcast Text and when broadcast says:

Example:
[Broadcast]Tester: Im giving money in the temple.

The item add your broadcast, and a talkaction you can say only if you used the item(6546) and then if you used the item you can use the command for broadcast.

I don't understand the per-day concept. How would you determine how many times the player broadcasted today, and how would you reset that, the next day?

first is an item that gives you a storage value, i suppose, and then you can say the talkaction " !broadcast ", the item gives you 10 broadcast each day, you can only broadcast each day 10 times, and each broadcast have a exahust of 20 minutes.

I already understood that, but I can't figure out how to store how many times the player broadcasted today.

And don't bump so often.

Nope, globalevent would work better here because it's automatic and doesn't require GM's interaction. Well unless the server was offline at that time.
