Why don't you just use RonOts? It's releases in polish, can easy be translated.

Maybe he wants his own template designed for him, And i am a professional graphics designer, I've had previous jobs before.

And i don't hand over a completed template before payment, I will make the template, and the preview you get will be watermarked so it cannot be stolen/re-created in any way.
