Exp doors not working

I use feragononline server, but the exp doors wont work. anyone could post how to fix this? thanks!!

What Action ids did you put on the doors?

1100 = lvl 100 for the door
1010 = lv 10 for the door.

I've got the same problem and no it's not as simple as adding actionids......
